SHI is seeking a Dispatcher to join its Modern Workplace Services team. This remote, work-from-home role supports a 24/7 operation and involves receiving service requests, creating tickets, and dispatching work orders to Field Service Technicians for IT and POS hardware repairs.

You will communicate with SHI employees and customers via phone, Teams, and email to ensure timely service delivery and accurate ticketing. Evening and weekend shifts are required.
