Job Details

The hourly shift leader duties include delegating tasks to restaurant staff and supervise their performance; maintaining a fully stocked inventory and order food supplies, as needed; arranging to have shifts covered (e.g. when employees take time off); helping staff resolve on-the-job challenges; tracking and impacting daily costs and revenues, including labor, food cost, guest satisfaction, and sales; balancing the cash drawer at the end of the shift; coordinating with suppliers as they deliver food product orders; ensuring client satisfaction and gracefully handling any complaints; opening or closing the restaurant (when responsible for the first or last shift); informing the next Shift Leader about pending tasks; reporting maintenance and training needs; protecting establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies; other duties as requested by management.This is for a position at a franchised McAlister's Deli locationChat to
