County Coordinator (Education programs)

Reports to: AVP of Promise Community

SUMMARY: This position aims to provide innovative American history, civics, government, and geography evidence-based instructions by delivering seminars to rural students and teachers in MS.

MIMIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in education, history certification preferred

• Must have a valid Driver's License, proof of insurance, and must provide personal vehicle to travel

Essential Duties:

• This position will coordinate guest speakers and provide technical assistance to summer camps and field trips.

• Be responsible for teaching the evidence-based curriculum and delivering professional development to educators working in our rural communities.

• Administer pre and post surveys.

• Responsible for entering all data into ETO.
