Overview
Who You Are

Youre a technical Finance Systems Administrator with experience in NetSuite and a strong interest in building scalable, automated financial processes. Youre comfortable diving into complex scripts and workflows, working closely with Finance and Accounting teams to turn business requirements into efficient, maintainable technical solutions. You combine a strong understanding of financial processes with hands?on development skills to bridge the gap between functional needs and technical execution.

What you bring to the team
  • NetSuite Development: Hands?on experience in NetSuite administration and development, including SuiteScript. Skilled in building and maintaining automations and workflows.
  • Customization & Configuration: Experience with NetSuite basic setups and configurations including custom records, fields, forms, PDF/HTML templates, and dashboards.
  • Object Model Expertise: Strong understanding of the NetSuite object model and data structures to design scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Data & Reporting: Strong SQL skills for querying and validating financial data; experience optimizing saved searches and analytics datasets.
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience working in NetSuite with both administration and development responsibilities. Basic understanding of two or more finance processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Revenue Management, and FP&A.
  • Certification: NetSuite Administration Certification nice to have.
  • Problem?Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non?technical stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team and support cross?functional projects.
What youll be doing
  • System Administration and Development: Own technical development and administration within NetSuite, managing scripts, workflows, and configurations that support core finance operations.
  • Technical Solution Design: Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Business Analysts to design scalable, system?driven solutions that meet process needs.
  • Integration & Automation: Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third?party systems to ensure clean and efficient financial data flows.
  • Process Optimization: Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions that improve accuracy and efficiency across financial processes.
  • Governance & Documentation: Maintain technical design documentation, test plans, and process maps, ensuring compliance with internal change management and SOX controls.
  • Collaboration and Mentorship: Partner with cross?functional teams to support ongoing initiatives and provide technical guidance or code reviews to promote best practices.

Seismics annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicants location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment market data.

The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range.

Seismics salary range for this position is: $93,000 USD - $140,000 USD. This position is also eligible to participate in Seismics incentive plans in addition to base salary.
