Answers the telephone/takes messages for all Administrative personnel; Types outgoing correspondences for the Executive Director and Administrative personnel; Maintains the Resource Library of HUD Notices, forms and other periodicals; Prepare and disseminates monthly Board Meeting Notices and Minutes; Receives, processes and distributes all incoming and outgoing mail and packages; Collects Rent and other charges; Maintains office supply stock, and reorder; Prepare handwritten checks and maintains duplicate vouchers; Prepare various internal management reports; Files correspondence; Maintain utility consumptions; Prepare and File monthly Retirement, Federal Tax, State Tax and Unemployment Tax Reports; Maintain Employee Leave Record;
