Job Title: Product Design Engineer

Location: Greenwood, MS (Onsite, Monday - Friday)

Type: Direct-Hire, Full Time

Salary Target: $100,000 - $120,000 per year DOE (Relocation Package Available)

Job Description

The Product Design Engineer will focus on product and process development, leveraging engineering principles to enhance product performance, efficiency, and reliability. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize designs, improve processes, and implement cost-effective solutions. The engineer will contribute to developing innovative products using industry best practices such as Lean, Six Sigma, and design for manufacturing.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in product design, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD/PLM systems, with knowledge of SolidWorks or CATIA preferred.
• Strong experience with project management tools and data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Bonus/Soft Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and design for manufacturing principles.
• Creative and innovative mindset for solving complex design challenges.
• Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
