Overview

Role: Talent Operations Coordinator. This role is part of the People Operations Team and provides seamless operational and administrative support for the entire recruiting lifecycle and onboarding of new Corelighters. The role collaborates with Talent Acquisition, People, Finance, Legal, and Hiring Managers to drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in a highly collaborative, growing, and evolving team and delivers strong customer service to hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to anticipate needs, resolve conflicts, and keep interview processes moving with speed and accuracy in a high volume environment.
  • Develop recruiting processes and maintain data accuracy in our ATS, Greenhouse.
  • Support recruiting data reporting and help refine dashboards, providing accurate pipeline reports to key partners.
  • Identify and implement small operational improvements that have a big impact on efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with IT and People teams to onboard all new hires, including: pre-first day communications, background checks, sending new hire gifts, ensuring I-9 verification, and adding hires to HRIS (Paylocity).
  • Assist with new employee onboarding, including communicating first-day expectations and updating internal partners.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA or BS degree and at least 2 years of experience in recruiting or HR coordination, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-focused environment.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized with ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Sense of urgency in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and comfortable learning new technologies.
  • Experience using Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HRIS experience (Paylocity a plus).
