Fully remote position available. Assists in administering the wage and salary program for the organization. Studies, evaluates jobs, and determines pay grades for new and existing jobs. Participates in compensation surveys, audits evaluation of jobs and application of existing job classes to individuals. Provides support to other HR professionals within the organization regarding compensation issues and needs.
