As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will develop a team responsible for providing overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium sized buildings.
This role supports the Facilities Management functional area whichfocuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the site leaders regarding all repairs and investment plans for over 70 retail locations within banking and finance industry.
This is a remote role and must reside within the Chicagoland area.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training and experience. The compensation is about $102,000 annual base salary plus 10% target bonus based on experience. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications and experience.
