Position Details

• Type: Full-time/Seasonal
• Pay: $16.00/hr plus performance incentives

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Background check and drug test within 3 days
• Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
• Personal device with camera for training
• Full attendance during 3-week paid training
• Internet speed of at least 35 Mbps via Ethernet (not compatible with mobile or satellite internet)

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Handling inbound/outbound calls and online inquiries
• Providing excellent customer service and technical support
• Data entry and managing customer accounts
• Following procedures, creative problem-solving, and adaptability
• Self-study, training, and passing exams for certification
• Proficiency in computer skills and technology, professionalism, and excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working remotely and self-motivated

Preferred Experience (Optional)
