Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Answers incoming phone calls regarding annuity products from advisors, clients, and beneficiaries.
Discuss all aspects of the annuity business by answering questions pertaining to multiple markets and product lines.
Demonstrates consistent proactive communication with internal and external customers and partners.
Stays current on procedures, corporate initiatives, annuity markets and products to provide accurate and timely information.
Responds promptly and calmly to changing events and new situations.
Maintains professionalism during interactions with advisors, clients, and beneficiaries.
Cross-trains across franchises in New Business, Post Issue and Death Claims in order to load balance inbound calls.
Performs other duties as required.

Previous Experience in the Life Insurance and Annuity Industry
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to follow oral and written directions
FINRA Series 6 Securities License
Work Environment
May require shift work
This position offers a schedule of: 9-5 30pm, flexible according to time zone
