Role Overview

We are hiring a Customer Success Manager (Remote) to lead the next generation of customer success at Tiller. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about personal finance, SaaS technology, and AI-driven customer engagement. You will oversee customer onboarding, retention, and satisfaction while shaping support processes that enhance user experience across a growing global community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding & Education

    • Build and optimize customer success resources (help guides, webinars, AI-driven workflows, and community support).

    • Drive smooth onboarding, ensuring customers transition from trial to paid subscriptions successfully.

  • Customer Engagement & Retention

    • Proactively engage with customers to understand their financial goals.

    • Deliver excellent support experiences that increase retention, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.

    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within Tillers suite of tools.

  • Team Leadership & Process Improvement

    • Lead and mentor a remote-first customer success team.

    • Implement AI solutions to improve support efficiency and reduce resolution times.

    • Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to enhance the overall customer journey.

  • Metrics & Insights

    • Track customer success KPIs including onboarding speed, adoption rate, retention, and NPS.

    • Provide structured customer feedback to influence product development.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager in a B2C SaaS environment.

  • Strong knowledge of personal finance, budgeting, and spreadsheet-based financial management.

  • Experience managing remote teams and implementing customer success best practices.

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows, Intercom, and automated messaging campaigns.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a remote-first culture.
