The Remote Client Support Representative will serve as the first point of contact for clients, partners, and subcontractors seeking assistance with project-related information. This role focuses on handling inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a professional client experience. The representative works closely with project managers, engineers, and administrative teams to provide accurate and timely responses.

Respond to client and partner inquiries via phone, email, or web portal.
Provide accurate information regarding project timelines, documentation, and procedures.
Assist subcontractors with document submission, onboarding, and compliance questions.
Maintain records of interactions and resolutions in company systems.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team members.
Support internal staff by relaying client concerns and feedback.
High school diploma required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
1-2+ years of experience in customer service, client support, or administrative services.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.
