Position summary We are recruiting for an Executive Underwriter - Captive to join our team. This role can sit remote from most locations in the U.S. The role manages and underwrites assigned captive programs, applying captive and construction expertise to drive profitable growth. This customer-facing role builds strong internal and external relationships to meet program goals, facilitates management of captive and captive board meetings, and partners with Agency Management Directors to develop business plans and execute strategic objectives.
