As a Deli Team Member, you'll play a vital role in our fast-paced environment, interacting with customers from all walks of life while providing exceptional service. Whether you're new to the workforce or looking for a career change, we provide all the training you need!

Job Functions:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions about menu items and ensuring customers have everything they need. Support the store cashier team by keeping the deli, coffee, and fountain bars clean and stocked throughout your shift.

• Follow designated preparation guides to accurately prepare a variety of deli products including salads, fresh-cut fruit, sandwiches, wraps, and parfaits.

• Utilize various methods and technologies to uphold company policies and maintain food safety standards.

• Be open to cross-training in other departments, such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and even Leadership Roles.

• Be able to lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
