Overview

SVP People Operations & Systems, Trilogy (Remote) - $400,000/year USD. This is a full-time, remote position.

This range is provided by Trilogy. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $200.00/hr - $200.00/hr.

Compensation is based on a 40-hour workweek and 50 weeks per year when calculated as annual salary. See details in the Working with us section.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Crafting precise, implementation-ready specifications for AI-driven HR systems
  • Utilizing low-code and AI tools like Retool, Cursor, and Bolt to prototype and streamline workflows
  • Directly managing onboarding, coaching, and release processes when automation falls short
  • Developing dashboards that offer real-time insights into team performance
  • Taking full ownership of onboarding, coaching, and releasing entire talent cohorts
What You Wont Be Doing
  • Leading a traditional HR team or depending on business partners
  • Using outdated tools or workflows from legacy organizations
  • Participating in alignment meetings or committee reviews
  • Waiting on engineers to develop necessary tools
  • Relying on documentation over live system feedback
SVP People Operations & Systems Key Responsibilities

Ensure the seamless operation of an automated HR system that supports global talent management without the need for traditional managers or manual interventions.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Basic Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and executing operational systems using AI and low/no-code tools (Cursor, Windsurf, Lovable, Bolt, Retool, Zapier, Airtable).
  • Proven ability to build and deploy automations and prototypes independently.
  • Expertise in data analytics, transforming complex people data into automated decision-making processes.
  • Confidence in making critical talent decisions, including developing improvement plans and handling terminations, without managerial oversight.
  • Experience in high-pressure, autonomous environments (startups, turnarounds, rapid-scaling companies).
  • U.S.-based with a preference for Austin or availability to travel one week per month
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Nice-to-have Requirements:
  • Experience in business operations, engineering, data analytics, or product management.
  • Previous work in building AI-native systems within high-growth settings.
  • Knowledge of emerging AI development platforms and "vibe-coding" culture.

Working with Us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The role requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level is $200 USD/hour, equating to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
