Marketing Development Representative (Remote) - 100% Remote (Always). Role: Appointment Setter (MDR) - Remote. Location: 100% Remote (Always). Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7AM-4PM EST. Responsibilities

• Call warm leads who already expressed interest (no cold calling).
• Set appointments that our closers can turn into cash.
• Confirm same-day meetings and follow up diligently.
• Update HubSpot like a pro if its not in the CRM, it didnt happen.
• Handle inbound calls like you are the voice of a million-dollar brand.
• Team up with closers to lock down calendars and crush goals.
• Spot patterns and share insights.
• Be part of the brain, not just the hands.

Youre Perfect If You

• Have real appointment setting experience. Youve done it before, and youve won.
• Are confident on the phone. You speak clearly, think quickly, and can steer a call.
• Can keep track of details. No sloppy notes, no missed follow-ups.
• Are competitive. You track your numbers and want to beat yesterday.
• Know HubSpot (or a similar CRM) like the back of your hand.
• Move with urgency. You dont wait to be told what to do.
