Responsibilities

• As a Level 1 Support Technician, provide onsite and remote user support.
• Demonstrate baseline computer knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities to manage user-related issues.
• Apply basic networking understanding, familiarity with Office365, and proficiency in installing software.
• Deliver strong customer service; engage in basic account and client relationship management.
• Assist higher-level engineers in their tasks, enabling learning and skill development from experienced colleagues.

Salary

Salary/Compensation: $3,500 - $4,000 per month plus commission
