BairesDev is the leading Nearshore Technology Solutions company in America. We provide time zonealigned services to empower Fortune 500 companies and leading brands. Were expanding operations globally and are looking for a Sales Director to drive new business in the healthcare sector.

About the Role:

In this role, you will source, nurture, and close new BairesDev clients primarily from your network and/or industry that are not inbound leads. This is a Hunter position focused on the Healthcare sector.

What Youll Do

  • Hunting: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients across industries, with a primary focus on Healthcare (Hospitals, Health Systems, Pharmaceuticals, and MedTech).
  • Originate and nurture business relationships resulting in engagement opportunities.
  • Present BairesDev's value proposition tailored to senior executives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Project Management: Scope projects, shape engagements, and define solutions that meet client needs and business outcomes.
  • Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet revenue targets.
  • Coordinate resources across solution design, UX, technical, engagement management, staffing, and delivery teams throughout the sales cycle.
  • Identify and mitigate key risks through tactical plans and actions.

We are looking for

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or Health Systems with exposure to technology solutions and digital transformation.
  • Strong experience in business development, account management, vendor relations, or clinical partnerships within healthcare.
  • Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and enterprise accounts in healthcare or life sciences.
  • Excellent understanding of the Healthcare industry, key players, strategies, client structures, business models, sub-verticals, needs, challenges, and trends.
  • Strategic, creative, and analytical mindset with a focus on initiating and building client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare information systems, EHR platforms, compliance requirements, and technological challenges in healthcare.
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to potential clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
  • Native English or fully bilingual proficiency in English.
