Job Description
AssistsProject Directorwith implementation of the SSS Work Plan. The Office Manager will provide keyboard assistance; maintain the project's database, assist with requisitions and travel vouchers; assist with hiring documents for new hires; assist with tutors and work-study students, record keeping assistant, and biweekly staff time sheets; maintain department inventory; update project records; and assists with the Annual Performance Report. The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The Office Manager will demonstrate staff supervision and task delegation in the Project Director's absence.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Management/Computer Science, Social Work, Education, or related field is preferred; two years office management experience; and knowledge of computer software programs and databases; strong people skills; strong interpersonal and time management skills; and at least two years' experience in supervising professional staff.
