Field Technician (Level 1–2)
Santa Barbara, CA – Hybrid (Work from Home with Local Site Visits)
Salary: $60,000–$70,000 DOE
We're a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) serving businesses throughout Santa Barbara and the surrounding areas. We're looking for a motivated Field Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working directly with clients, and growing their IT career in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
Provide onsite and remote technical support for small to mid-sized business clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with workstations, servers, networking equipment, and cloud services.
Perform routine maintenance, updates, and system checks to keep client environments running smoothly.
Document work performed and communicate clearly with both clients and the internal team.
Participate in project deployments and assist with technology rollouts when needed.
What We're Looking For
1–3+ years of hands-on IT support experience (MSP experience a plus).
Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments, Office 365, basic networking, and common business applications.
Strong troubleshooting skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work independently from home while making client site visits in the Santa Barbara area.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
