Overview

EverHealth is seeking a results-driven Product Marketing Manager to drive the development and execution of our product marketing strategy. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, this role leads integrated multi-channel GTM strategies with a focus on driving product adoption, increasing product utilization, maximizing retention, and growing revenue across the EverHealth product portfolio. The ideal candidate will be passionate about understanding and meeting customer needs with a demonstrated track record of successful product marketing initiatives. The role involves collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, Success and leadership teams to stay ahead of evolving trends in the SMB Healthcare IT space, including Electronic Health Records (EHR), Practice Management, Revenue Cycle Management, and Patient Engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies and integrated marketing plans for service rollouts, enhancements, and campaigns in partnership with Growth Marketing and Performance Marketing teams, ensuring consistency across platforms and channels.
  • Define and refine value propositions and positioning for service offerings, grounded in customer needs, competitive differentiation, and market dynamics. Build and maintain ICP, buying personas and messaging frameworks across EverHealth product portfolio.
  • Support Sales Enablement by creating and maintaining sales collateral and training materials. Equip GTM teams with tools and knowledge to position and sell effectively.

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
  • Serve as the internal expert on market trends and competitive dynamics, advising leadership on strategic shifts and emerging threats.
  • Enable Revenue with key market trends, competitive insights, and data-driven marketing strategies that drive business impact.
  • Manage and maintain third-party competitive intelligence tools and databases; track competitor positioning, GTM motions, pricing, partnerships, product capabilities, and roadmap developments.
  • Conduct and synthesize market research to identify emerging trends, buyer behaviors, and unmet needs in the SMB healthcare provider space; lead qualitative and quantitative research including customer interviews, surveys, and roundtables to uncover actionable insights, partnering with Growth Marketing to infuse VoC stories and metrics across channels.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Regularly review and analyze the performance of product marketing campaigns using metrics such as conversion rates, feature adoption, and customer engagement; identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare detailed analyses and reports to present findings to stakeholders, including executives and cross-functional teams.

Innovation & Thought Leadership
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends to refine Product Marketing methodologies and technology, ensuring EverHealth remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.

Qualifications

Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of product marketing experience. Healthcare SaaS, Healthcare Services, or B2B SaaS background strongly preferred.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to gather and interpret customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Strong technical acumen to understand and articulate product features/benefits across a multi-product portfolio.


Where

Remote, United States. The EverCommerce team is distributed globally. This role can be based anywhere in the United States; in-office or remote arrangements are possible. You must be eligible to work without sponsorship. Travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, CO or other North American offices may be required.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by location, market variances, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above.
