Job Details

The Machine Technician 1 is responsible for manufacturing product by operating and maintaining equipment and processes that provide optimum customer service. Technicians in this category:Will have a minimum of 1 year experience at MT or prior relative job experience. Will be cross-trained on all equipment in one Hot Form production line. Will be responsible for knowing and implementing all area specific compliance issues, including quality, environmental, safety and MT/plant policies. Will contribute to team efforts by participating in continuous improvement projects as required. Will also assist with training coworkers as necessary. Also responsible for enhancing the departments productivity and quality and assisting Supervisor or Team Lead as required. Duties and Responsibilities.
