Function as the primary department office receptionist, payroll clerk, transportation clerk, and provide information to and/or greet visitors and the public while being a backup to the Office Manager. Perform various clerical office functions in support of the Department of Facilities Management; processing bi-weekly payroll; establish and maintain an inventory system of vehicles; developing and preparing departmental weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required; establishing and maintaining office records and files; preparing routine correspondence, requisitions, and forms. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and managing files and records and other office procedures at a proficient level.
