Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain track hoe equipment efficiently and safely.
• Perform various tasks including digging trenches, excavating, and other earth-moving activities as required.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating track hoe equipment is required.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong understanding of construction and excavation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Drug screening and background check required.
