will lead and mentor a team of 6-8 Vice Presidents of Growth and Sales Development Representatives within a designated geographic zone, supporting growth strategies for the Provider GTM team. This role will operate as a player/coach, both overseeing regional performance and directly managing select high-impact accounts. The goal is to provide leadership structure and create a more scalable structure to achieve growth targets and optimize client relationships.

The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is:
$320,000 — $400,000 USD
The estimated base salary range (not including bonus/commission) for this role is:
$160,000 — $200,000 USD
