Job Description:
The Vice President of Finance serves as a key strategic financial advisor to the executive leadership team. This role oversees all aspects of accounting, finance, and information systems, with a focus on EBITDA expansion, compliance, and operational efficiency. The position requires strong leadership to guide financial strategy and support company growth.
Responsibilities:

1. Oversee financial performance, forecasting, and reporting to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
2. Lead financial strategy and collaborate with executive leadership to drive operational efficiency.
3. Evaluate and implement systems and processes to improve productivity and streamline operations.
4. Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and all federal, state, and local regulations.
5. Develop and mentor finance staff to build a high-performing team.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
2. Prior experience in the manufacturing industry required.
3. Proven ability to lead and implement change initiatives effectively.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with integrating technology into processes.

Bonus/Soft Skills:

1. CPA or CMA designation preferred.
2. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle or similar platforms).
3. Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
