Eye Group - Get a New Look on Life is an ophthalmology practice located in Madison County, MS. Our practice is led by Elizabeth Mitchell, M.D., Kevin Kosek, M.D., and Lee Moore, M.D., specializing in routine eye care and surgery for various eye diseases. We have a single specialty surgery center adjacent to our office, providing a convenient setting for our surgery patients.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrator at Eye Group - Get a New Look on Life in Madison County, MS. The Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing patient flow, oversee billing and insurance claims, coordinating with staff, and ensuring a smooth workflow in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare administration
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in computer systems and office software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of medical terminology and billing practices
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Experience in ophthalmology or healthcare industry is a plus
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
